Talikud

While in Davao, a dive trip to Talikud Island is a must, and we enjoyed the day with the Campbells and Christensens.

I lived on the top of the island and there are lots of things to explore like caves but be sure to get some gadget for cave trekking.

pls do reply soon for this post asa possible

Katie: Hi Jayanthi, Sorry but I don't have any answers to your questions. :(

malone canlas: ahhhhhhhh!!!! more water plssss.............

Boni: I miss this fresh coco water. Back then when I was still in the island since birth until I went to the US to pursue my dream graduate studies, my friends and I used to do this. In fact, we would remove the coco water by pouring it into a pitcher. The empty coco was cut in half. We then scraped the meat into smaller slices and added them to the coco water in the pitcher. Crushed crackers and orange juice were then added. Finally, mixed everything and we came up with a "LAMAO." Hmmmm . . . what a yummy and refreshing drink!

I have been out of the place since 1986. I plan to come back and spend most of my retirement years there in a couple of years.

david hartikka: i am planning on going back to Talikud I again within 2 weeks.
Just curious what side of the island you were on. Been here several times because of its unmolested and native feeling. Did you have accomodations? I usually stay at Maro s Beach Resort

Daniel: We always just camped on the west side of the island at Babusanta beach. Enjoy your trip!

MBARDSLEY: THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR PHOTOS. I ENJOYED VIEWING EVERY SINGLE SHOTS, WHILE REMEMBERING THE ISLAND WHERE I WAS BORN AND LIVED FOR 15 YEARS.
