Baby Shower at the Peckhams

Huge thanks to Mom & Dad and Joe & Jessica who put together a great baby shower for us on Sunday. Instead of keeping it a girls-only event, we made it a party for everyone. It was great to hang out with friends and family to celebrate our baby girl. Thanks to all of you who came, and for the gifts.

Time of prayer for this new phase in our lives.

...and showed me how I should tie it as a harness to keep baby Peckham from wondering off a cliff or something. :)

Apparently I needed such a leash when I was a baby.

The Kenfields gave us the most disturbing and hilarious gift, which was for me specifically...

...for those times when I have to feed the baby.

I guess that's not what this was intended for.

Aaron's checking out a book we got from the Nicks which features a pinwheel you can spin to see whether it's Mom or Dad who gets to change the diaper.

Katie: Inspired, of course, by Sweet Pea's Uncle Andy, and the the famous "PUT THAT KID ON A LEASH!!!" he earned so many years ago. :)
